Pukat Digital is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of technical recruitment processes and strategies.
Must-Have:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools to source and screen potential candidates
- Conducting technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for open positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other relevant networks to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs and requirements
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Good to Have:
- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry
- Experience in headhunting to identify and attract top-tier technical talent is a must
- A strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Professional certifications in HR or Recruitment would be a plus
