Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Facilitation and Coaching:

Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily/Weekly Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support the team in achieving higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it is refined and prioritized.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.

Execution and Delivery:

Coordinate and manage project development from beginning to end.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.

Team Management:

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Risk Management:

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Technical Expertise:

Understand and manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring the technical team has the necessary knowledge and resources.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and system engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the team and the Product Owner.

Metrics and Reporting:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the information technology sector.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
