The CTO will play a critical role in shaping and executing our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of leadership, strategic vision, and deep technical expertise. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven record of accomplishment of successful technical leadership and a 5-8 years of experience in a relevant industry.

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision:

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Drive innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies to build an excellent technical team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other C-level executives to ensure technology initiatives support and enhance overall business strategy. Act as a key contributor to decision-making processes at the executive level.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Oversee the identification and mitigation of technological risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Implement robust cyber security measures to protect company assets and customer data.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives. Ensure cost-effective and efficient utilization of technology resources.

Technology Road map and Implementation:

Define and execute a technology road map that supports business growth and scalability. Lead the implementation of key technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
