We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer to join our dynamic team for our USA campaign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads provided by the lead generation team
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate product/service features and benefits
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement sales strategies
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM system accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required
