This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Oversee on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, link building, and SEO-friendly website enhancements.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and web design projects.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage a team of SEO professionals as the function grows.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on SEO performance and ROI.
