We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our Survey and Data Analytics team, ensuring the successful implementation of multiple survey projects that drive meaningful insights for our programs and stakeholders.

Position Summary:

As the Program Manager, Surveys you will oversee the execution of multiple survey projects or a large-scale survey program. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all survey initiatives meet their objectives, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including survey designers, field staff, data analysts, and IT professionals, to achieve the desired outcomes and provide actionable insights to guide our programs and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple survey projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, including survey designers, field staff, data analysts, and IT professionals.
Ensure high-quality data collection, management, and analysis, maintaining the integrity and reliability of all survey data.
Develop and implement best practices for survey methodologies and data analytics, ensuring that all projects adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on survey outcomes, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and future survey initiatives based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support survey implementation and data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in survey methodology, data analytics, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing large-scale survey projects or data analytics programs.
Strong knowledge of survey design, methodology, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
