Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Travel Agency. Minimum Intermediate or equivalent.
Good customer dealing skills and basic English language communication skills (Males & Females)

Benefits:

Fixed Basic Salary up to 25000pkr to 100000pkr Monthly incentive based on sales other than basic salary Annual salary increments based on the performance Professional working environment

Duties

Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Listen to customer concerns and issues
Research and resolve customer issues
Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
