Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations over the phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer travel recommendations, itineraries, and assistance with travel-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and booking systems.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
