Hanlding all income queries over phone, emails & walkins.
– Recording each query on our system with contact details before quoting fares;
– Quoting fares & issue tickets.
– Follow up on open queires and close sale with professional manner.
– Quote prices for all sectors/ types of seats etc,
– Booking & issue tickets after payment confirmations;
– generate Service Order with Contact Details, Ticket Details for Invoice preperations by Accounts Dept.
