We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with expertise in RIBA standards to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of international projects, providing innovative design solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial design consultations and understand client requirements.
- Develop outline design proposals and concept designs.
- Produce detailed design and coordination documents.
- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and design reviews.
- Ensure all architectural work complies with RIBA standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including quantity surveyors and structural engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Certification or familiarity with RIBA standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
