Spacebar Int is seeking candidates in the capacity of Senior Customer Support Executive to grow its client base.

Requirements:

  • Help customers with the dialer PBX (Voip Products), including computer troubleshooting via phone call.
  • Maintain the highest level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and an attentive manner
  • Excellent English communications skills (Preferable American/UK  accent)
  • Client handling/Objection handling and customer service skills.
  • Prior Call Center experience would be an advantage but freshers are also welcome
  • Perform successful troubleshoot on customers’ products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions
  • Explain to customers the complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to provide troubleshooting help, which will assist them in following your guidance to resolve a technical issue
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • We are looking for long-term employees to join our team, not temporary workers.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
