We are looking for the services of `Customer Services Officer `.
For international market.
- Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant must have strong verbal /written English skills.Dealing online with customer to breif about system working and training.
- Experience person will be preferred.
Specific Tasks

- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /IT.
- Candidates with an O/A level background can also apply.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
- Self-motivated.
- Good team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
