Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes like lead nurturing, appointment confirmations, or service follow-ups.
Also, attend inbound calls to generate sales or to engage clients
Generate and Use scripts to provide consistent service and information to customers.
Must be fluent in English Communication
Gather information from customers and update the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the company.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy during interactions with customers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in telesales or call center environments is advantageous.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Arabic, and Urdu.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work in both morning and graveyard shifts.
Basic computer literacy.
Call Center Experience is a must
