Perform and confirm daily of operational set-up on assigned line/Production work center/ Packaging.
line and operate with compliance to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and defined.
GMP/EHS standards.
Perform autonomous maintenance of assigned line/equipment including ancillaries, that includes all.
first touch troubleshooting and technical maintenance.
Real-time and correct batch documentation and associated GMP documents by GSK
data integrity principles.
Responsible maintain 5S in assigned zone. Perform equipment/area cleaning/washing including GMP.
cleaning/washing and maintain cleanliness of line, hygiene.
Timely report and escalate all quality/safety deviations, incidents, events, near misses, problems,
issues by site SOPs. Conduct root cause analysis and prepare Corrective and
Preventive actions for all such problems in assigned, line, and work centers.
Participate in Tier-1 (Line level performance management meeting) and track the hourly board with
defined KPIs.
Perform all steps of line clearance and product changeover as per the production plan of the assigned line (s).
Identify opportunities to reduce Quality defects (Deviations, BDEs) and production breakdown and
reduction of waste (hazardous & non-hazardous).
Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related.
policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
