Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
Experience with configuring and managing operating systems, databases, and software applications.
Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and overall network security.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues quickly and effectively.
Skills in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades or new implementations.
Expertise in implementing cybersecurity measures, conducting vulnerability assessments, and managing backups.
Capability to work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain and enhance IT services.
Ensuring all IT processes are well-documented and regular reports on system performance are provided.
Ability to provide advanced support to users and offer training for new systems or technologies.
Ensuring IT operations comply with organizational policies and managing risks related to IT infrastructure.
