Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead the creative direction for all graphic design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Concept Development: Develop and present innovative design concepts for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing visuals, web design, and more.
Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other designers to create cohesive and compelling marketing materials.
Brand Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities for various clients, ensuring a consistent visual language across all platforms.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the highest quality of all design outputs, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating design concepts and rationale effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including social media campaigns, web design, and branding projects.
Creative Vision: Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
