We are looking for an individual who can handle all aspects of web development, from the front-end user interface to the back-end server-side logic and database integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
- Develop scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications from conception to deployment.
- Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Front-End Development:
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Implement front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance user experience.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize for mobile devices.
Back-End Development:
- Develop server-side logic using PHP and other back-end languages.
- Design and implement databases using MySQL and other database technologies.
- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
WordPress Expertise:
- Proficiently work with WordPress themes and plugins, including custom development and integration.
- Optimize WordPress performance and security.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write unit tests and conduct integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements and Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Strong understanding of MySQL and other database technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proven track record of building and deploying web applications independently.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
