Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Ensure day to day real-time entries and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports according to regulations.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and suggestions for business growth.
Prepare timely Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Create yearly budgets with department heads.
Track performance against the budget, spot differences, and recommend actions to fix them.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Manage payments and collections to ensure timely transactions.
Oversee invoice processing, payment schedules, and customer account reconciliations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure enough funds for daily operations.
Maintain relationships with banks and improve cash management strategies.

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit tax returns on time (VAT, sales tax, income tax, etc.).
Work with auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely audits and tax filings.

Inventory & Cost Management:

Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to track inventory and control costs.
Implement strategies to optimize working capital and minimize waste.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Set up and maintain strong internal controls to reduce financial risks.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and support the accounts team, providing guidance for daily tasks.
