We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls and follow up on leads to generate interest in our products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including call activity, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to the sales manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
