We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager to oversee and enhance the operations and sales of multiple restaurant locations across various cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations, including staffing levels, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Create a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality at each restaurant location.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints, addressing issues and implementing solutions as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and take proactive measures to improve guest experiences.
- Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location, including sales projections, labor costs, and expenses.
- Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales growth, food costs, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and maximize profitability across all locations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to managers and staff to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, and operations support, to drive business initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and operational standards.
