We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Coach to oversee and enhance the operations and sales of multiple restaurant locations across various cities. The Area Coach will be responsible for managing a team of Multi-Unit Managers, ensuring consistent quality, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets across all assigned restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Multi-Unit Managers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure each restaurant operates efficiently.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Multi-Unit Managers to review performance, share best practices, and address any issues.
  • Ensure all restaurants adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate restaurant operations, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and financial targets for each restaurant.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop action plans to address underperforming areas.
  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote a customer-focused culture within all restaurants.
  • Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company and legal standards.
  • Set performance benchmarks and goals for Multi-Unit Managers and restaurant teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each restaurant, providing constructive feedback and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in monitoring sales and operations (At least 3 years as an Area Coach) or multi-unit management role in the fast food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent operational and financial management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
