Responsibilities

Communicating with customers through various channels
Developing and working monthly sales plan
Giving strong sales presentations demonstrating benefits and value
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new customers through exceptional service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with corporate clients

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in business or similar preferred
Experience in sales or account management role
Experience successfully selling to North American customers (US, Canada)
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Strong presentation skills, with emphasis on explaining benefits and value
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
