We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client preferences, project goals, and industry trends. Produce detailed mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints. Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.

Space Planning: Analyze and optimize spatial layouts to maximize functionality and aesthetics. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall project.

Material and Color Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design concept and meet quality standards. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative materials and techniques into designs.

Project Management: Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure that designs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Should have a good grip on industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
