What will you do?

We will equip you with the practical skills and experience you need to hit the ground running. Immerse yourself in a dynamic tech culture, tackle real-world projects, gain invaluable insights into project management from discovery to delivery of projects, and benefit from personalized guidance and career counseling from our experienced resources.

Responsibilities:

Learn the fundamentals of project management
Participate in planning various project operations.
Communicate with all parties involved in the project.
Learn to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Identify and manage scope, cost, constraints, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
Adapt approaches based on project requirements.
Take part in team meetings for project planning, sprint planning, account reviews, daily standups, etc.
Participate in client-facing meetings for status updates and communications.
Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field. Only fresh or recently graduated candidates will be considered.
Good grip on Software principles and fundamentals.
Good knowledge of Software project management principles.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project life cycles in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Scrum, etc.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environment.

Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
