We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient English speaker and writer to join our team as an International Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing various operational tasks, ensuring smooth communication with international organizations, and overseeing employee schedules and HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the office.
Manage and monitor employee attendance, schedules, and future job assignments.
Handle HR-related tasks including onboarding, employee records, and policy adherence.
Communicate effectively with international clients and partners via email and phone.
Maintain and update records of interactions, schedules, and operational activities.
Provide support to different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Relevant work experience in operations management or HR is an advantage.
