During my internship I learned the following,
1) Complete understanding of Injection moulding, die casting and rubber moulding machines.
- Learned about different types of moulding machines and their malfunctions and how to deal with them.
- Safety protocols for the workers.
2) Electroplating of metal as well as plastic parts by the process of etching i.e Honda (H).
3) Understanding of CNC machining finishing and EDM wire cutting methodology.
4) Understanding of assembling of vehicle steering.
5) Detailed analysis of Quality check and inspection department for quality assurance of client satisfaction.
