• Create and implement end-to-end recruitment and candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Hire & onboard Top Talent on elevated roles to meet aggressive business targets.
• Conducting well structured onboarding of new joiners & maintaining strong followups with stakeholders & employees throughout.
• Led detailed in-take meeting with the hiring managers to determine the position specifications, providing relevant market data and using possible approaches to the search and candidate requirements.
• Actively sourcing of the candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites.
• Implementing initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
• Conducting various events like Job Fairs, recruitment drives, flagship program promotions etc.
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant, effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Overseeing the design and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Actively involved in planning interview and selection, including screening calls, assessments, on-boarding & off-
boarding procedures.
Coordinate with hiring managers and reviewing job descriptions to identify staffing needs in different areas and
to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates for both technical & non-technical positions.
Fostering solid professional relationships with prospective hires.
Plan and provide orientation and training sessions for new hires as well as existing employees.
Liasion with finance department for employee benefits, compensation and overall payroll structure.
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share
with key stakeholders.
Creating job personas and ensuring the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent
strategy in mind.
Developing and advising employees on employer’s own policies & procedures in an agile environment.
Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization and assist HR Manager to ensure our teams consist of a
diverse set of qualified individuals.
