• Supervised staff to insure accurate input of attendance data and hours worked data in system. Processed actual payroll run.

• Hiring of new employees at Apparel unit and stitching Unit Company & contractor employees.
• Give the first day training of all stitching and apparel unit employees and fill the first day training checklist form.
• Maintain and update EOBI and SESSI record of all employees.
• Coordinated and sorted all incoming mail.
• Answered multi phone lines, and performed other duties as assigned.
• Verified employment, processed new hire forms, processed criminal background checks.
• Prepared various payroll related reports which are incorporated in the monthly financial reports.
• Coordinated the annual process of completion of employee payroll. Verified that the information was input into the payroll system in a timely manner.
• Coordinated with Human Resources for any changes in the basic rate of an employee.
