In KE I worked as a Maintenance operations Engineer in Bin Qasim Power Station-I (1260 MW).
Learning the procedures of maintenances including Boilers, Turbines, Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Heat exchangers, Condensers, Bearings, Valves, HVAC and different line maintenances. Working on SAP GUI 730 to ensure the working according to the safety guids such as OHSAS, ISO British Petroleum standards etc.
Learnt the operational cycles thoroughly, Involving in different startups, shutdowns, Blackout conditions operational and maintenance tasks under the supervision of senior engineers. Growing exponentially through various technical and safety trainings, presentations and challenges present in the plant.
I am a great team player, team leader and always improve myself with the time. I'm a great learner and and a determined person always looking to add to my skills by observing and learning every day so that I can pursue my career in a best possible way.
During my internship at Coca Cola Iecek. I worked as a Utilities and production Engineer under the supervision of the professionals. I had been involved in the daily maintenance and production programes also I remade the piping and instrumentation diagram (PID) of the compressor room along with the line visualizations of different process cycles in utilities. Worked on the high pressure air compressors, pumps, RO water treatment plant, Injection Moulding Plant waste water treatment plant.

Trainee Engineer
1. K Electric: Trainee Engineer at BQPS-I 1260 MW (Oct 2018-Present)
Currently present in the maintenance department of the plant. Learnt the basic operational cycles and individual systems present in this thermal power plant. Involved in different Startups and Shutdowns. Tackle the condition of Blackout with the higher management team.
Moreover, Observed and Completed the different Maintenance projects (Boiler, turbine, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, valve maintenance etc.) during the annual outage. Attended different technical and non-technical Training sessions. Learnt the safety rules to conduct the operations and maintenance work.
Responsibilities include making work order for different maintenance tasks, Learning and absorbing to the best about the plant working, attend the mandatory trainings & to take part in any maintenance problem being faced by the department.
