Roles and Responsibilities

Planning and Installation of All MEP work such as Electric wiring and accessories fit out work, Electric Panels, UPS, Generator, Grounding & Earth Pits, HVAC System, Refrigeration System, Fire alarm & fire control System, CCTV Camera at different Project sites.
Daily inspection of the plant execution including motors,UPS,LT/HT Panels,Protection System etc.
Involve in plant maintenance activities during preventive and scheduled.
Coordinates projects with all affected parties/suppliers, sub-contractors to ensure projects work as per plan and directly reporting to head office team.
To trace and rectify the general faults in the electrical circuits.
Installation of Lighting Earthing System in Shakarganj Energy System Jhang.
Managed invoicing and quotations. Procurement, as well as the installation, and maintenance of Electrical Equipments.
Design,Estimation,Electrical and Mechanical Layout and complete erection of Jacket Water Heat Recovery System with all Genset in Kohinoor mills RWP.
Design and Installation of Fire Fighting system for a Boiler House Interloop Limited.
Managing the Quotation and strong price negotiation with all supplier
Troubleshooting & maintenance of HT/LT, Switchgear, Genset and utilities.
Design PFI Panel, Star Delta interlocking with Main Motors.
Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians.
Carried out major overhauling of Genset with the help of Mechanical Team.
Calculation of load Schedule.
Execute modification installation of Plumbing and Drainage System at Kohinoor Raiwind Division.
Participating in senior management meetings and make meeting agenda & report.

Make and running a preventive maintenance program for whole system that will minimize service repairs in the long run of process house and mill house.
Involve in major new installation and overhauling of all process house machinery(HT panels, LT panels, centrifugal machines, VFD drives and LBS).
Installation of two new refine machines with their controlled panel every year with proper power cabling from HT panel to machines control panel.
Participate in the installation of new sub station which includes proper power cabling of 300mm to LBS and then from LBS to transformer(2000KVA) and then transformer to HT panel.
Responding quickly to any emergencies.
Working as Main key person/coordinator from my organization to communicate with government (WAPDA) representatives. Transmitting 28MW Power in main grid of WAPDA, attend daily meetings with WAPDA & Report to the head.
Day today progress monitoring, evaluation, guiding the team & coordination with WAPDA for resolving all on site problems.
Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and operating activities.
Provide technical solution for Electrical related problems by following Electrical and Mechanical standards.
Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the requested items for electrical works
