PRs– Clearing all pending PRs and generating QEMs against those PRs for Evaluation.
•QEMs – Generating QEMs and getting approval from the Technical Department and issuing PO to the Vendors
•Purchase Orders – Creating POs and making strong Follow-ups regarding supplies, partial supplies, and getting the Delivery schedules.
•Material Picking from Addas – Plan of the market and arrange a vehicle to pick up Bilties and other supplies from Adda and local suppliers.
•Visit Market once a week – Visiting market once a week to maintain relationships with local suppliers and arrange supplies and bilties to pick up.
•Discover profitable suppliers – By Visiting the Market and using other sources to develop Profitable Suppliers for the betterment of the Company and ultimately saving Costs for the Company.
•Negotiation – Negotiating with suppliers in terms of Pricing, Deliveries, and Contract Negotiations.
Maintain strong working relationships with our vendors
Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company
Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
