Job responsibilities:
o Assist in Planning, coordinating and organizing day to day operations and special events related to Business incubationcenter.
o Assist in Coordinating the development, evaluation and implementation of incubation program goals, objectives, and activities that are prerequisite for the establishment of BIC
o Ensures all the incubation compliances with applicable internal and external requirements
o Serves as a liaison /networking person to external advisors, mentors and internal incubate-es
o Helps and support incubate-es to prepares marketing and commercialization proposals to industrial clients and responds to inquiries/requests
o Asst. Manager is responsible for all the marketing and promotion related activities for both, Incubation Center and Incubate-es to ensure public exposure to program offerings through social media marketing, in house promotional activities, Campus and Industry visits, and special event coverage bymedia.
o Supervise Accounts Officer in preparing and maintaining records and reports related to assigned task, including financial reports that summarize incoming and outgoingfunds.
o Supervise IT Officer in preparing and maintaining records and reports related to assigned programs, including timely development of websites, marketing materials ,news updating in NED official and CINETIC website
o Conducts research to identify emerging needs, trends, and services related to recruitment and location of incubator clients and affiliate members or other assigned areas ofresponsibility
o Attending workshops seminar or nay informative and value added session for future benefit ofCINETIC
