Attock Refinery Limited is a leading Oil and Gas Refinery in Pakistan with over 53,400 bpd crude oil refining capacity. Under the supervision of Maintenance Engineers, I have performed the following job responsibilities at Plant Maintenance department:

Involved in day-to-day maintenance activities of rotary machinery in the industry.
Attending fire safety trainings, HSE conferences, Refinery Safety Weeks, ensuring effective utilization of different kinds of permits during maintenance activities and providing daily advice to staff on HSE.
Inspection of spares of rotary and static equipment.
Supervise cleaning and inspection of Heat Exchangers, extraction of tube bundles,  internal cleaning of heat exchanger\'s tube bundle by rotary lance, re-insertion and hydrotesting.
Perform alignment of Centrifugal Pumps using Reverse Indicator Method.
Managing Work orders, Service Requests and Demand Orders.
Preparation of Daily Job Reports.
Daily Condition Monitoring of Rotary Equipment.
Perform Preventive Maintenance of Rotary equipment according to the OEM procedures.
Prepare Comparative statements for Non-Stock Items.
