Following are some details related to my work experience for your review and information.


Currently leading a local comoany and we as a team are trying to bring revolutionary changes in this small business through IT, fast processing of orders, providing support to customers at their doorstep etc.



I have been working as Administration Finance Officer in German Government organization in development sector, GIZ LoGo-II, Lahore. Making sure that office machines, devices, vehicles etc are always in super condition to use. Taking precautionary measures and managing repairs for building and everything related to it. Along with this, managing payments as per rules and making sure that spending as per budget is managed well.

As my supervisors duty station was Islamabad, so I have been responsible for all the operations at Lahore office keeping all processes smooth and as per policies.

I have been responsible for procurement at programme level, country office level and head quarter level at GIZ. I would also like to share that I have done four months diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Pakistan Institute of Management, Lahore. Kindly note that in my previous experience I have managed procurement through import. I have managed complete custom clearing and forwarding process also.

In one of my experience I have been responsible for all the operations of four offices (Karachi, Lahore, Gujranwala and Sialkot) including dealing with customs authorities, Pakistan railways, NLC, shipping lines, transporters etc.

In my recent job at GIZ some other tasks also include acting as Security Focal Point for Punjab region for our project, event management logistics (as deputy) and Onsite asset management (as deputy). Dealing with landlord and making contract / agreements for properties, services has also been my responsibility.

I have been part of recruitment teams and have been managing onboarding of new staff. Last but not least that I have attended ToTs on Policy against sexual harassment at workplace, organized by GIZ.

With respect to digital competency, I would like to share that I have been using Winpaccs BashBook and CashBook, Onsite Inventory (asset management), WeBOC Customs software, FBR WHT portal, Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, internet etc), Straight2Bank online banking.
