Having 15+ years of diversified experience with more focused approach on projects’ implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, coordination with donors, clients and relevant government entities during different phases of project implementation, Mr. Khan has gained remarkable insight to development of project log-frames, M&E frameworks, M&E plans and appropriate policies and standard operating procedures for development projects. Having strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including the government agencies, multilaterals and donor agencies, public and private sector institutions, employees, and beneficiaries, Mr. Khan has recently developed M&E systems (Performance Measurement Framework and M&E Tools) for GAC (Global Affairs Canada) funded WEPP-KP (Women Economic Empowerment and Political participation project being implemented by Cowater Sogema, engaging multiple stakeholders including WPC (women Parliamentarian Caucus) and government officials from KPCSW and SWD. Saqib is currently engaged with Planning commission of Pakistan to assist in developing ToRs for third party monitoring of 90 development projects under PC umbrella.
Over the years, Saqib has successfully managed multiple assignments across Pakistan supervising/dealing with diversified field teams, national and international organizations as well as government line departments at district, provincial and national level. Developing training modules and effectively delivering trainings as a master trainer throughout Pakistan with diversified groups has been a core part of the development sector assignments.
Strong planning, communication, problem solving, decision making, and motivational skills that are pivotal to successfully executing and managing any development or corporate sector endeavor are the core competencies that Mr. Khan possess.
