• Facilitate as Master Trainer on DHIS2 Trickle Down Trainings for Government HCP staff of District Kachhi & Quetta.
• Collaboration with DHIS Cell for implementing DHIS2 & Import daily & monthly data via android application.
• DHIS2 data analysis, archiving, and data visualization on http://balochistan.pakdhis2.org/ of District Kachhi
• Technical assistance to the management and healthcare providers at facility, district, and provincial levels to initiate Postpartum Family Planning / Post abortion Family Planning indicators recording & reporting process.
• Ensure prompt response/investigation of any epidemiologically significant disease outbreak.
• Ensures that data of Postpartum Family Planning /Post abortion Family Planning is collected, entered timely at the facility level, and consolidated at the District level for onward submission to provincial DHIS cell.
• Conducting joint and individual monitoring visits to ensure data quality and proper data reporting.
• Ensure timeliness & completeness of data flow. In addition, and ensure the availability of all logistical support
(recording and reporting tools) required for Indicators of the project & Health Facilities

•          Provide strategic vision and leadership to the Project Team, Conduct review meetings with District Stake holders and partners.
•          Participate in all strategic planning meetings, activities & Facilitate exchange of information and experiences.
•          Establish and maintain good working relations with external agencies and local partner & local government offices, and all stakeholders in the respective geographic areas.
•          Develop and implement daily, weekly & monthly plans and to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

•               Plan, implement and monitor mobile medical and nutrition camp with Implementing Partners.
•               Ensure quality of services and procurement for medical supplies for medical & nutritional camps.
•               Ensure continuous supervision and technical support to the field teams and activities.
•               Actively monitor programmes and projects through field visits, surveys and/or exchange of information with partners and stakeholders to assess progress. Take part for situation analysis for the nutrition.
•               Development of the SBCC and community awareness sessions and implement the strategy in community.
•               Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues and partner to discuss strategies and methodologies, and determines national and provincial priorities to ensure the achievement of concert and sustainable results.
•               Identify bottlenecks and potential problems and take timely decisions to resolve issues and/or refer to relevant officials for timely resolution.

Job Description 
•           Plan/implement the eye camps in communities, schools and other institutions in Pakistan and AJK.
•           Manage all the logistics required for conducting eye camps and keep all records for program evaluation.
•           Coordination with government schools and line departments for organizing the eye screening camps.
•           Establish referral mechanisms with partner working on eye health care for the referral of critical cases.
•           Monitoring and evaluation of eye camps with close collaboration of MEAL team and the partners.

•           Supervision of low vision department and training of patient about usage of gadget & low visions aids.
•           Eye surgical camping and school screening camps in different communities, cities and provinces.
•           Consulting and performing refraction and diagnostic procedure.
