• Provide Remote Support to Talbots 500+ Stores and Corporate Staffs in all over USA and Canada
• Look after Cisco routers, switches, AP and other network related issues in Stores and try to resolve Remotely
• Provide Level 2 Support to HP Registers
• Manage HP Registers, Controllers, Cash drawers’, Ticket printer and Xerox printers installed in stores
• To troubleshoot and provide support for Pin pads, iPad/iPod, Product Scanner, D-Link Switch, and other equipment installed on stores
• Provide L1 support for VOIP installed in stores
