ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage administrative responsibilities of HR department. That includes but not limited to documentation, reporting, record keeping, appraisal, issuance of official letters, and record management of HR department.
Effectively managing all HR & Admin related matters.
Managing all aspects of HR Operations, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Personnel Information and Employee Documentation.
Supervision of all admin related matters on daily basis.
Drafting & issuance of Routine Letters (Experience letter, Appointment letter, Warning letter, Termination letter, Increment letter, promotion letter etc).
Monitoring of daily attendance, leaves, annual leaves and addressing issues related to attendance.
Responding to various queries from managers & employees.
Resolving issues of employees related to HR processes.
Managing approval process for any contract and purchases.
Managing assets required by employees.
Responsible for effectively managing all HR & Admin related matters.

Manage stock for sale on floor as well as in retail market.
