· Procure All type of Hospital Requirements as Medicine and General Items raw materials/ packing material, printing and deliver these materials to the department.
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
• Procure raw materials/ packing material and deliver these materials to the production unit/department.
• Deals all kind of civil work like cement,sand,crush,steel & furniture Etc.
Determine the appropriate source selection for raw materials, considering cost, quality and reliability.
• Delivery of material to the production unit within the stipulated time.
• Co-ordinate with the Accounts department for making payments to the suppliers (Outstanding payment/ advance payment).
• Disposal of rejected material.
• Any other task as assigned by the Manager/Directors.
