Inventory Controller / Reconciliation Accountant / Inventory Assistant Reporting To: Deputy General Manager / Senior Manager Finance
RESPONSIBILITIES - (Inventory Department)
To record Inter-Warehouse Transactions in EBS-Oracle
IN & OUT transactions of all finished goods warehouses.
Goods returning towards production floors.
Sample Movements.
EBS stock’s verification of all finished goods warehouses with Physical stock at month end.
Preparation of Closing Stock’s Meters and Submit to Accounts.
Check Overall unit’s Production with EBS.
Performing Audit with Internal Audit Team on monthly basis.
To Resolve Item, Costing and other EBS Issues with IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES - (RECONCILIATION DEPARTMENT)
Performance & Wastage Report (Order Wise)
Reconciliation of all export orders (Right from the Greigh issuance to shipment) of overall Company & Prepare a summary report at the end of each fortnight for Directors & Senior Management;
Getting Order wise details from all productive stages to highlighted the performance of all stage.
To prepare a comprehensive Covering Letter representing Company’s performance in all sections based on “Performance & Wastage Reports “on fortnight basis.

Wastage Report (Based On Opening & Closing Inventory)

To Prepare Wastage Analysis Reports of All Stitching Factories Based on Monthly Opening & Closing physical Stock Balances of Fabric & Made-ups.

Other responsibilities;

Record of Issue / Receiving Transactions of all Stitching Units.
Leftover Stock of all Warehouses &
Prepare stock position of leftover & Running & forward to Director.
To perform Physical stock Audit at the end of each month In different stitching units & Prepare Audit Reports of Different Stitching Units regarding their stocks and working procedure.
