 Responsibilities to control the receipts, issuance, stacking, labeling, Coding. Cleaning, storage, retrieval, timely delivery of goods, loading, transfer of materials, disposal of material (damaged, unused and discontinue) and recording of documents.
 Intensive coordination or Follow up for the production requirements and their fulfillments.
 Constantly plan out all warehouse resources (internal and outsourced) and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets
 Issuance of stocks / materials to production section as per production schedule or as and when required for production purposes and retrieval after completion of the particular products.
 Communication / information of the all kind of material from local market, in-transit and arrived to all concerned dept. for future production planning.
 Planning, organizing and controlling of Store over all operations.
 Error free documentation between warehouse and production
 Liaison with suppliers or authorities for approval of system installation as and when required.
 Constant motivation among staff to strive for efficient Stores administration.
 Utilization of the available resources (human and physical) to execute or perform above activities.
 Develop and implement department objectives, individual staff objectives along with KPI,S and manage performance review and appraisal of subordinate staff based on these objectives by annually/quarterly.
 SAP Trainer (MM Module and SD Module) for new employees and ISO documentation trainings.
 Monitor fast moving/slow moving and not useable material and suggest remedial measure
 Resolve the problems related to ERP SAP ECC 6.0
 Reporting: daily and monthly Reports and quarterly and Annually Audit Reports, regarding stores matters.
 The daily, monthly production reports of finished goods containing all the consumptions, production, utilities regarding finished goods.
 Control the filling & shipping daily affairs.
