At KASB Bank (now BankIslami), I was heading the entire Business Banking Group Central & North which comprised of Corporate, Commercial, Agriculture, Leasing and 13 Business Branches. In addition to my primary functions of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Managing portfolio & operational risks and Resource Mobilization, my responsibilities also included Asset Marketing, Deposit Mobilization and Human Resource Management. In addition to these I was actively involved in remedial account management. I was also a member of Country Credit Committee and nominee Director of Shakarganj Food Products limited. My reporting was to the President of the Bank.
