Position's Overall Objective
. Two days in each week should be spending in market for checking the relationship between suppliers are wood purchasers /wood graders and concerned staff
Purchase wood and daily wood booking also visit market for purchase.
Visit to each Tall in market meet with suppliers and also meet with sub suppliers as well.
Visit to different market scales for audit purpose
Be able to identify and bring new wood contractors to company who has good reputation in market.
Responsible for caring of all wood suppliers and check strictly on wood purchasers that they should clear the suppliers queries in good way or not.
Every morning 830 am should be responsible to resolve wood complaint sms accordingly and prepare report on daily basis and signing it before presenting to Director
Make sure and sign at morning 9 am responsible staff should sign variance report from Director on each day.
Responsible for counter checking of of wood pictures grading report and signing it before presenting to Director
Responsible to ensure wood booking by the purchasers and submitted by them to Director.
In absence of concerned staff prepare Variance report and Payment Gap report.
Responsible to provide vigilance to intercompany for goods movement within company
Check scale calculation and difference with market scales so that we don't underweight or overweight

•· Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face training, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality
Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
Collect content analytics from tablets
Provide updated contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia content

- Responsible to coordinate with Project Manager for monthly planning and implementation of the project activities.
- Responsible for the implementation of the project activities related to cash grant.
- To hold joint planning sessions with communities and involve them in the practical implementation of the project activities.
- Keep close coordination with all stackholders.
- Responsible for the cash grant monitoring system, make sure the cash grantee has been selected on the basis of approved criteria.
- Conduct broad-based community meetings at UC level with the male community to assess the broader needs of the UCs and for further planning at village level.
- Prioritize the most affected villages by mutual consensus, based on higher actual and potential vulnerability.
- Identify Conditional Cash Grant activities appropriate for men, through village organizations (VOs)
- Quality and accountability monitoring mechanisms established.
- Implementation and monitoring of CBI activities.
- Create Terms of References (TORs) and sign MOU in consultation with VOs.
- Develop selection criteria for Conditional cash grants in consultation with VOs*.Make sure that all the beneficiaries are selected from the IDPs and deserved for the grant.
- UC mapping and village selection inconnection with MMCs.
- Making case studies on the bases of field activities observations.
- To monitor the project activities and sector specific reporting.
- Develop monthly report both narrative and quantitative and will submit it to the Project Manager.
