 To develop new Standard Operating Procedures according to W.H.O, Pakistan Drug Act 1976.
 Conducts analysis to identify weak gaps & works on continuous improvement with in warehouse operations.
 To ensure compliance in line with FDA regulations and Good Distribution Practice, good warehousing practices & Quality standards.
 Train warehouse staff regarding company policies, standards operating procedures.
 Effectively manage the Employee Relations including discipline and grievance cases

 To strictly monitor Warehousing & Distribution expenses in order to remain within allocated operational expense budget.
 To conduct internal audit (100% physical stock count) monthly, quarterly stock counts & external audit in every year.

 Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement, receiving and storage of FG.
 Responsible Inventory Movement in all our Pakistan Company’s branches.
 Dealing with the sub distributor regarding stock replenishment.
 Customer’s outstanding & cash customer report review to minimize outstanding amount.
 Controlling Warehouse and delivery Operation activities and ensure GDP, GWP, HSE.
 Ensure that all compliance requirements fulfill According to Drug Law.
 Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements, demand and forecasting Inventory.
 Allocating and managing staff & Logistics resources according to changing needs.
 Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.
 Ensure there is no delay reporting damage/shortages receiving & must be reported immediately in accordance with agreed procedure.
 Minimize the Market return/Reverse Logistic in order to improve / achieve the sale target.
 Rejected and expired stock reconciliation on monthly basis.
 Responsible to prepare Stock count Audit by external auditors on quarterly basis.
 External Quality Global Audit on Annual basis and Internal Quality Audit on Quarter basis.

 Maintain storage condition of pharmaceutical products according to FDA guidelines.
 Looking Drug Regulatory Affairs matters for M&P, regarding different products of the principals such as Bayer Pakistan, Getz Pharma, GSK, Novo Nordisk, CCL Pharma, Pharmatac etc.
 To ensure the cGMP & H.S.E. practices at Warehouse.
 To develop Standard Operating Procedures according to W.H.O, Pakistan Drug Act 1976, and Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd Policies updating the existing & implementing the Standard Operating Procedure at the warehouse.
 Maintain safe and efficient warehouse, including preventative maintenance programs to insure equipment and systems are in good working order and up to standard.
 Ensuring compliance with FDA & Pakistan Drug Act 1976 regulations.
 Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
 Using a variety of specialized computer applications.
 Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities.
 Providing advice about regulations for manufacturers.
 Ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines.
 Preparing documentation.
 Provide required activities, information & service that support regulatory as well as business needs & decisions to the top management.
 Provide technical data &/or solutions required by local forecast & logistics.

 Dispense manufacturing orders planned by the planning department.
 Actively involved in assisting and maintaining inventory control.
 Communication and coordination with Planning, Production, Packaging and other departments for timely delivery of raw and packaging material.
 Ensuring implementation of Quality, Health and Safety policy in every process come across the dispensing.
 Support, maintain and manage policies & procedures of the department.
 Train and Educate lower staff and workers on SOP's and GMP implementation.

 During Internship training I visited different departments such as Production, Warehouse, Quality & Control, Quality Assurance & Finished Goods Store.
 I was trained how APIs & Excipients are dispensed according to GMP and MSDS as well.

 Briefly demonstration to calibrate instruments before using them.
