I have fourteen years of working experience in the development sector in various positions with multiple tasks and responsibilities. Currently, I serve as Field Associate-LoCAL at United Nations Capital Development fund (UNCDF). Previously I served as Deputy Manager of Research at the National Disaster Management Authority. Prior to this, I held the position of Project Manager/Deputy Director at the Ministry of Human Rights for the Newly Merged District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from January 2023 to May 2023. My experience also includes working as a Monitoring Officer for the Local Government, Elections, and Rural Development Department's Community Driven Local Development (CDLD) project, funded by the European Union, and as a Rehabilitation Officer for the KP Social Welfare Department.
Additionally, I have served as the Manager of Orphan Care for the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, overseeing the Orphan Family Support Program in the KP region. In this role, I managed project planning, development, monitoring activities, cash disbursement, and supervised a team of fifty-four staff members. My professional journey also includes positions with the Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP), the UN World Food Programme (WFP), Save the Children, and Action Against Hunger International, where I focused on livelihoods and food security projects.
Academically, I hold a directorate degree in Rural Development from the University of Agriculture Peshawar, an MPhil, and a bachelors degree in Agricultural Rural Development, as well as a masters degree in social work. I have also completed courses on Disaster and Risk Management and First Aid in Emergencies through the Pakistan Red Crescent Society.

Establishing and managing a performance monitoring framework with clear-cut goals, outcomes, outputs, inputs, processes, indicators, data needs, and sources, and reporting formats and frequency, for effective monitoring, reporting, and updating the progress of CDLD activities;
Work closely with TA team in developing MIS for CDLD with performance indicators and targets embedded in the system for implementation and tracking;
Assisting management in developing the program, project, and sector-wise work plans and overall monitoring framework;
Preparing periodic progress reports on CDLD and related projects with the support of TA team and SRSP in close coordination with district administration;
Monitoring and following up progress on various proposals, meetings, reports, working papers, etc. with concerned authorities;
Identifying key issues, lessons learned, and best practices in CDLD programs and projects and organizing research and documentation; and
Frequently visit CBO project sites for maintaining the pictorial and technical updates and records;
Preparation of monthly basis physical as well as financial progress reports
Assisting and updating the coordinator regarding the overall CDLD technical activities and performance of the concerned district line departments.

The Manager Orphan Care will be responsible for the technical aspects of project implementation that relate to community and families, and ensure strong linkages with facility-level and other service delivery points.
Reports directly to the Senior Program Manager and will advise and support the FSO in providing technical direction to project implementation.
Ensure the project meets stated goals, expected results, and reporting requirements.
Take a technical leadership role in coordination with Donors, local community organizations, and other partners.
• Responsible for identification, verification, and registration of beneficiaries for Food Security and Livelihoods interventions such as small businesses, cash or voucher transfer, and cash for work
• Active liaison with relevant stakeholders to avoid any conflict
• Present and actively coordinate in the distribution of inputs related to FSL interventions
• Facilitate beneficiaries in effective utilization of grants which they receive under different interventions related to livelihoods
• Present and facilitate capacity building events designed for the beneficiaries • Reporting of issues and their possible solutions to the livelihoods coordinator
• Participatory needs assessment on the revival of livelihoods specifically in the sectors of food security both at subsistence level and commercial level.
• Climate change data collection and helping the people of the areas adapt to climate change.
• Supporting the local communities with technical advice on reducing the impact of various disasters on their livelihoods.
• Supporting the target beneficiaries in diversifying their livelihoods strategies,
• Implementing Food for Work and Food for Training activities under the recovery response.

• Ensuring timely implementation of livelihood activities.
• Vertical and Horizontal coordination with all the team members on needs identification and implementation of activities in the sectors of Agriculture, Livestock, Value chain management, skill development, social capital generation.
• Helping the communities secure their Financial, Economic, Social, Physical assets for holistic livelihoods development.
• Supporting field staff for the timely implementation of activities at the field level.
• Documenting in a timely manner, all progress challenges, and learning for future implementation of similar projects and accountability.
• Leading assessment in the operational area for Food for Work and Food for Training interventions.
• Conducting regular field visits to verify quality /progress of Food for Work and Food for Training Program interventions provide technical guidance and advice.

• Facilitate community mobilization, meetings, and training during community led FSL activities;
• Work with community committees to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population and provide information to ensure accountability fairness and transparency during the implementation of activities;
• Work closely with community structures to follow up on the implementation of planned community activities, with the support from the Field Supervisor;
• Participate in the planning of weekly and monthly activities;
• Implement capacity building training for communities and CBOs;
• Directly implement in the field the activities defined in the program in close collaboration with the Field Supervisor;
• Collect the required information in the field to facilitate the follow up of the project, with the support of the Field Supervisor;
• Collect information to ensure the surveillance of the Food Security situation in the area of implementation of the project, when required;
• Facilitate the evaluation of the project in the field, as required;
