Managing the Day-to-day performance of Dynasty Fabrics, working with the E-commerce team and key people within the organisation (Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Client Care) as well as external 3rd party agencies.
 Responsible for overseeing the product life cycle, CMS updates and product publishing to ensure Digital content is delivered on time for all new launches and campaigns.
Monitoring website performance, orders, sales, stock and deliveries, working closely with the IT and Logistics teams in solving client and system issues

Checking the sales funnel from the beginning to the end, tracking leads and converting them.
Managing the Digital Advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
Exploring opportunities to increase traffic to website through paid and unpaid initiatives while adhering to brand values, in partnership with Media and PR.
Overseeing the relationships with external agencies, briefing on E-Commerce strategy to influence Performance marketing.
Monitoring and maintaining the E-commerce budget in partnership with the Director, ensuring all costs are maintained to support the E-Commerce P&L
