Formulation and Implementation of HSE Management system and ensure compliance
with the policies, procedures, and standards.
 Conducts Safety meetings, compliance audits and inspections to ensure strong conformity,
evaluate performance, and implement follow up assessment as per ISO-45001.22000, HACCP
& OHS.
 Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop measures to mitigate risks.
 Monitor and inspection of waste management techniques and maintain wastages records.
 Conduct audits and inspections for to maintain HACCP System in premises.
 Manage On site emergency procedures such as fire safety First AID, H2S and Rig site emergencies.
 Maintain and compile all sites HSE/FOOD safety documentations.
 Conducting regular inspections of food establishments to ensure that they comply with food safety
regulations and standards.
 Collecting samples of food products for testing and analysis.
 Investigating complaints related to food safety and taking appropriate action if violations are found.
 Advising food establishments on proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques to ensure
food safety.
 Conducting food safety training programs for employees in food establishments.
 Maintaining accurate records and reports related to food safety inspections and violations.
 Participating in the development and implementation of food safety policies and regulations.
 Conducting risk assessments to identify potential food safety hazards and developing strategies to
mitigate these risks.
 Keeping up-to-date with new food safety regulations and technologies.
 Regularly conduct inspection in company janitorial, Grocery, Frozen stores, meat
departments, fruits/vegetables store and engineering stores for to monitor implemented
regulations as per HACCP , FIFO system, 5s system and ISO-45001/9001.
 Conduct monthly and daily inspections of fire prevention systems in premises.
 Maintain all sites records of incident/accidents, LTI records and supports the top
management for to implement control measures.
 Supports the top Management in the HSE Management System standard issues and responds to
highlight the improvement actions including Near Miss, Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Conditions
within company and on-site premises.
 Conduct audits i.e. (Critical activities Audit, Electrical Safety Audits, PTW compliance
Audits, Internal Safety Management System Audits etc.) on the site to assess the performance
and assist in bridging the gaps.
 Investigate accidents or incidents to discover root causes and address corrective and preventive
actions.

Achieving the Goal of ZERO LTI throughout the period by close operational safety monitoring, conducting training, awareness sessions, and meetings.
Ø Ensuring HSE Regulation and compliance followed at site.
Ø Ensuring Fire and safety regulation and compliance followed at site & complying with company Fire and safety NFPA (national fire protection association) policies and regulations.
Ø Re-Evaluate the Work Method statements of contractors and prepare JSAs and Risk Assessments for all new installations
Ø Identification and Risk Assessment at the workplace and suggest appropriate and cost-effective control based on control strategy.
Ø Well versed with UTOPIA HSE procedures permit to work systems, HSE Equipment, Land
Transportation Safety and other operations safety.
Ø Developing of HSE Performance reviews on a Monthly basis & strategical planning to improve EHS infrastructure, procedures, and development work.
Ø Developing and implementing a Yearly training plan that includes Induction Training, Refresher Training, firefighting, first aid, Internal auditors, Forklift safety, Chemical safety, Heat Stress, Risk Assessments, Manual Handling, Work at height, TBT (Regularly).
Ø Developed and Implementing Daily, Weekly, and monthly Inspections that includes all site inspections, All firefighting equipment Inspections, Spill kits, Eyewashes, CCTV monitoring, first aids, and Monthly performance review to PepsiCo management.
Ø Ensuring and implementing PTW (Hot works, Work at height, Confined space, general work permit, Lockout /Tag-out for in-house works and contractor activities.

I have done an internship for two months in HSE Department where I learned about safety regulations,
legislation, and control measures to overcome the hazards, incidents, and accidents in the entire field.

Audits, Internal Safety Management System Audits etc.) on the site to assess the performance
