Assist and support in the implementation of entrepreneurship development components of the Qatar Charity Programs.
Identify and formulate partnerships with entrepreneurship development service providers, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation of the work plans of entrepreneurship development programs.
Conduct and/or support in needs assessment to identify the training needs of the micro-entrepreneurs.
Analyze the demand for services amongst micro-entrepreneurs and map the channels for training delivery.
Assist and contribute towards curriculum development with a focus on adopting the curriculum to specific target groups.
Ensure women’s participation and economic empowerment/gender mainstreaming in all entrepreneurship development programs.
Link the youth with financial service providers and ensure their financial inclusion and access to working capital to start and own a business.
Could support and assist the Qatar Charity Program team in Co-designing training tools using innovative and digital approaches.
Core Responsibilities:
• Providing support to LHV, Midwife, TB champion & Vaccinator for facillitating community and conducting sessions such as ANC, PNC, STIs, FP, EPI, Nutrition, Dirreoha and respiratory diseases
• Providing support to TB champions conducting sessions on TB and also identify and reffer TB patients.
• Supervision & support of LHV & Midwife in routiene EPI, home basic life safe skills, antenatal & postnatal care, follow up of family plaining clients, ensuring provision of high quality clinical care.
• Support team to follow up of patients dropped out of clinic and those identified children in target of malnutrition.
• Collect weekly and monthly reports on team.
• Regular supervisory fiel visits
• Provide regular feedback to the team
• Support project coordinator in conducting assessments, and preparaing report and all project related activities
• Support project manager and coordinator in the development of quarterly and semi annual reports for MCH
• Prepare monthly updates for discussion
• Preparation of weekly and monthly field reports and collation of data from all outreach teams field activities

ilities:
- The Field supervisor is overall responsible for day to day implementation of project’s CMW component implementation in training institutes, CMWs Work stations and project communities of Quetta district. The Field supervisor will work closely both with project management and support staff (including finance, administration and program) in MC south to ensure that CMW component activities are implemented according to schedule, budget and required quality. The Field supervisor reports directly to Project Officer and Project Manager. The Field supervisor will assist the Project Manager in outlining a strategic plan for the implementation of project including identifying methods of operation for effective programming and maximum results. She will work closely with the project team as well as government counterparts to ensure proper implementation of activities. She will also ensure that all project CMW staff
- Identify and select women for CMW trainings according to the selection criteria;
- Coordinate with Public Health and Midwifery Training Schools for arrangements of CMWs training;
- Facilitate the Public Health and Midwifery Training Schools management and staff to plan, conduct and monitor CMWs training in accordance with project guidelines and approved curriculum of PNC
- Monitor the CMWs the trainings and produce monitoring reports and ensure corrective measures;
- Share findings of monitoring reports with Department of Health (DG Health, PC MNCH, NEB Controller, Assistant Controller);
- Maintain and verify all record at office level as well as at field level;
- Ensure that logistic support is provided to all CMW trainees;
- Initiate coordination activities among all stakeholders;
- Provide general administrative support to the project
- Ensure necessary arrangements for meeting, training, workshop and seminars
- Maintain and update files/records of the project documents e.g. reports and meeting minutes etc.
- Knowledge in Public Health
- Facilitate and coordinate with Provincial & District Health authorities to implement the project in accordance with project guidelines at the CMW’s workstation and community level.
- Prepare the annual procurement plan and share the annual and monthly procurement plan with the procurement department.
