I am Shazia Jhatial I earned my MBA degree in HRM (Human Resource Management) from University of Sindh. I have more than 06-years of working experience in National and international development sectors. I have two years of worked experience as a Data Analyst, two years worked experince in MEAL Department, One years work experience as a WPE Trainer conducted trainings and workshop on GBV & one year worked experience on HR Management with various National & International humanitarian organizations. I have worked at various locations of Sindh Province as well national level and International Spectrum. During association has contributed to my efforts and provided support to the programme team in the implementation of complex projects funded by different institutional donors including Oxfam GB, NCA, WFP, UNICEF,and World Bank. I have proficient in the program side, as well as assisting in the preparation of budgets for different donors. I am very much polite and diplomatic to get things done and flexible enough. In addition, I am task-oriented, have good communication skills and ability to deliver in fast/high-pressure contexts.
