BSS will visit customer share present and explain Telenor product and services to customer
Interact with internal stakeholders explain customer requirements and discuss optimal solution with product team
Interact with technology team to ensure seamless network coverage.

- Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts (up selling)
